Pallet Racking

Orient Racking Frames are available in two capacities, standard and heavy, with nominal loading capacities from 8,000kg to 12,000kg, four stock heights, 3,048mm, 4,039mm, 5,029mm and 6,096mm, and two standard widths, 900mm and 1,100mm.

The frames are of bolted construction, and are normally supplied in kd. form, although we are happy to deliver frames pre-assembled if this is specifically requested at time of ordering.

All frames are punched with two rows of 25.4mm coffin slots set at 76.2mm centres 38mm apart, offering an adjustability of the beams of 76.2mm (3”).

Finished in a high gloss powder to RAL 7042, light grey.

Orient Racking Beams are formed from a double C section mild steel, and fitted with three- or four- hook connectors welded at either end, all the beams are fully adjustable on a 3” increment, and can be adjusted at any time without the need for either tools or skilled labour.

They are all fitted with automatic safety locks, which means that it is not possible to accidentally dislodge a beam during normal operations with a fork lift truck.
