Long span shelving

Available in a range of five beam lengths and two frame widths as standard, Orient Longspan shelving is the quick and easy answer to the storage of those awkward, bulky, hand loaded items that won’t fit conveniently on a pallet or into a conventional shelf.

Consisting of two basic components, pre-assembled frames and stepped beams to take either chipboard decking or steel panels, Orient Longspan shelving can be assembled in minutes, and demounted and repositioned quickly and easily at any time in the future if the need should arise.

All Orient Longspan shelving components are primed before painting, and finished in a high gloss powder to RAL 7042, light grey.

The frames are of bolted construction, and are delivered already fully assembled, complete with top caps and bolted feet. Available in three standard heights, 2,000mm, 2,400mm and 4000mm, and two standard widths, 600mm and 900mm. Other sizes available to order.

The beams are formed from fully enclosed seam welded section, stepped to accept either chipboard or pre-galvanised steel panels, and the three hook connectors welded at either end are fitted with steel locking pins for safety. All beams fully adjustable on a 50mm module.

Available from stock in 1,200mm, 1,500mm, 1,800mm, 2,400mm and 2,700mm lengths as standard, with loading capacities up to 600kg. uniformly distributed.
